Come join Los Primos in Holguin Cuba, to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday. 150 people will march in the Romerías de Mayo International Youth Arts Festival parade on May 3rd, 2017.
On May 3rd, 2015 the Nova Scotia Community College and Los Primos Project working together brought 70 people to the festival parade, with 70 musical instruments, to celebrate 70 years of Canada/Cuba relations. The people of Holguin celebrated this friendship with us as we threw 70 Canada beach balls into the crowd.
On May 4th, 2015 we presented the first "Dia Canada Concert" at the invitation of the Romerías de Mayo Festival. May 4th, 2016 we again played for "Dia Canada" and now this is a permanent part of the festival.
